At WebMini, we want to build a relationship with our customers based on trust. That is why we offer fair refunds on all our services. Based on the situation, we offer a full refund or a partial refund:
- You were just charged for your next billing period, but you meant to cancel.
- You forgot to cancel a few months ago, and have not used the service.
- If we could not provide our service to you due to technical problems for an extended period of time (e.g. several hours in a day), we credit your account based on the lost usage time.
- You ordered a domain with Sitesmaker, and decided to cancel before the end of the current billing period: as we purchased the domain for you from the domain registry, we will refund everything except for the cost of the domain.
